Creating a Multiple Choice Exam

This is an online fill-up form for creating a multiple choice exam. Add the neccesary fields and press the SUBMIT button at the end.

The form creates a unix "makefile" with the instructions for printing the exams and the solutions. To Run the program (and get the printout) just go to a unix shell, cd to the directory containing the "makefile" and type "make" at the prompt.

That's it! ... (hmm.. not quite! HELP!!!)

Name of Course (e.g. mat112 fall 1995):
Exam Number (e.g. 3):
Section Number (e.g. 6543):
Number of Versions (e.g. 2):
Enter the name of the directory that contains the problems in the special LaTeX file format.
It must start from the root "/" and it must end with "/"
and you must have read permission there.
(e.g.: /math1/ppl/cr569/courses/problemsDir/mat368/ )
Type (or better, cut and paste) the file names of all the problems to be included in the exam. They should all be located in the directory that you included above.
(e.g.: /math/ppl/cr569/courses/mat112.fall.95/ )
The list should look like this:

Enter the name of the directory where you want the exams to reside.
